BB Platform – Technical issue (Feb 28th)

Important Notice

Last week, we encountered a technical issue with our webpage, requiring us to restore data from our database to a recent backup. Unfortunately, this means we lost information gathered from Feb 22nd to Feb 28th, including student progress, classroom setups, and new user registrations.

We sincerely apologize for every inconvenience this has caused. We are committed to assisting you in re-instating progress and retrieving quiz scores from that time period, at request.
