Now let's get started using Adobe Express. We're going to start by remixing a template. So up here in the search box, let's choose Flyer because that'll print on your standard printer and something that we could immediately use in our classroom. Once you've selected Flyer over here on the left, we have a lot of different ways to filter. Let's start by filtering by topic so you can hit show more and you'll get more different options. Let's choose School and let's show more and let's choose Club. Let's do a flyer for a club. So scroll through here. Pick a flyer that looks interesting to you.

I'm going to choose this high school soccer club and I'm going to hit Start from. So go ahead and pick one of these. Once your template comes up, I want to show you a little bit about the interface. First of all, along the top we have a bar, and the upper left hand corner allows you to name the project. Let's type in Soccer Club or whatever flyer you chose. So give it a name. It will now save automatically in the background so you don't have to go to file and save. It'll just be saving and syncing to the cloud. And you can see that happening right up here on the left.

Along the left hand side. This is where we're going to add different elements. In the center here is our actual document. And when we click on an item, you'll see the properties for that item come up over here on the right. So if I click on the photo, I'll get the properties of the photo. If I click on this text, I'll get the properties for that group because it's a grouping of text. And this little shape we have our Layers panel here, allows you to rearrange things. And each time you click on something, you're going to get this little widget that allows you to do things like ungrouping and duplicating and changing the order. And we have our zoom in and zoom out options right up here. I really like to show kids that a couple keyboard shortcuts can be super helpful. So if you zoom in, Control Zero will zoom all the way out. And then if you want to zoom in, control and Spacebar lets you click and zoom into a specific area.

What I'd like you to do is play with this and we're going to make it our own custom flyer. So for example, up on the title here, if you want to work with a grouped item, you can either ungroup it with hitting this button or if you click a second time on it, you'll get into that specific element. So for example, if I want to go over here and work with this, I could change the color to say green. Or if I want to click on the text, I can now come over and change the title.

So let's practice that mount psy is the name of my high school. Mount Psy soccer club. You can change the font, any of the colors. Over here on the right is the properties for that text. Let's try adjusting. If you have a photograph on yours, let's try clicking on the photograph. You can see that based on the shape of this box, I could shift this over. Let's try replacing it though. So up here we can click on Replace, and over here we can search through all the great photos that Adobe has to offer.

So let's say I'm doing a flyer for the softball team, softball. Then hit Enter and that's a good one. Click on that and you'll see it just replaces it and I'll shift it over so the softball is still in frame there. And now I guess I'm going to have to change my title to Mount Sigh Softball Club. There we go. So you can see it's really easy to remix a template. While we're here, why don't we practice adding some additional items. So I'm going to go here to my title.

We'll ungroup it, get rid of this soccer ball. And over here on the left, let's go to Shapes and we'll type in Softball. Softball. And we'll get all the softballs. And I think this one's a nice one. I'll click on that. All you have to do is click on it and it'll add it. Once you click on it, you can resize it. And with it selected, you can come over here and choose the properties for it. So I could flip it, I could change the opacity, or I can change the color. So it couldn't be easier to work with.

So feel free to add any of these design assets or backgrounds once you're happy with it. If you want to print it, you'd come over here to download. And PDF would be the choice I'd choose for printing. If you want to share it online, maybe email it to fans, maybe email it to friends and family. JPEG or PNG will be good options for this design when you click on the home button. Since this may be your first design, what I'd like you to do now is go to projects and you should see that new flyer show up here in your projects. And if you want to edit it again or continue to work on it, all you have to do is click on Edit Project and it'll bring it back up.

Ahora comencemos a usar Adobe Express. Vamos a empezar remezclando una plantilla.
