Hello. You have been assigned as your school or institution's license manager. That means you have control over assigning licenses and teachers. Let's start by verifying your information. Please make sure that the information shown here is correct. You should see your own name and email address. If you are the licensed manager for more than one package, you will be able to switch between packages. Using this drop down menu, you will see the expiration date to the right and information about the package highlighted below. In the Teacher Management and License Assignments section, you will see how many total licenses your order includes on the left, how many licenses you have remaining in the middle, and how many licenses you have already assigned to teachers on the right. Here, you will fill out the teacher's information. The number of licenses assigned should be the total number of students this teacher has across their class periods. The teacher will then have the capability to create their own classrooms and distribute these licenses among them. Once all of the information is filled out, accurately click Save Teacher. If the teacher does not already have an account, one will be created for them. If they do have an account, they will be assigned as a classroom leader for that package. If you happen to be the licensed manager and a teacher, you may add yourself as a teacher here. If that is the case, please also refer to our Managing Classroom Tutorial for more information about the teacher role. Once the first teacher account is set up, you will have the option to add more teachers. How many teachers you can add depends on the package your school has purchased. If you don't want to add all of your teachers right away, you can always return to this page at a later time. In this example, we are using a package that includes 100 student licenses. We have assigned 25 licenses to Teacher One. That means we have 75 licenses remaining to assign to Teacher Two. Please note that you cannot exceed your remaining licenses. If you click on a Teacher's View Classrooms button, you will see information about each classroom the teacher has created, including the number of licenses assigned to each classroom. To get back to the main dashboard, scroll up and click the Back to License Management button at the top left. To remove a teacher, click the red Remove Teacher button. The option on the left will remove the teacher and the teacher's classroom from your package. However, no accounts will be deleted. All accounts and corresponding progress is saved in our database. The option on the right will prompt you to fill out a new teacher's information. The new teacher will replace the previous teacher as the classroom leader.
