Sometimes when you're designing a web page, you want to split the page in half and you want to have one thing on one side and one thing on the other. Well, if you click on the plus symbol, there is an option for split layout. So go ahead and click on that. You'll notice the little icon has a picture of a photograph on our left and some lines of text on the right. So that's basically your main options here. Over here on the left, you really have one option, add an image. So I'm going to go grab an image. I wanted to do this image of an oil pastel. And then over here I wanted to have some text. So I can have two photographs, I can have a photograph, and video and buttons. So these are the different options. I'm going to choose text. So that was one of the things that we did in our Black History Month projects, and then we learned a little from that process. So here's some tips from my class. And I'm going to highlight this text and make it bold. And at any time you can click on this little symbol in the middle and flip flop those. So I could have the text on the left and the picture on the right if I wanted to. So that's what a split layout looks like and how to make one. Go ahead and try that now.
