To start a web page is really super easy. Just click on the Create button over here on the left and scroll down to Web Page. That'll launch the web page building tool. Now the first thing that you are presented with is the ability to add a title and a subtitle. So for my port folio, I'm going to paste in a title that I typed up. Portraits of our heroes. And this is from my high school, samount psy digital Media. Next we get to pick a photograph. If you hit the plus symbol and then photo, you can either search through Adobe Stock footage, upload your own, or again, just like in all the other applications, get images from any of these other resources by clicking on the three dots. For this rapid prototype, I'm going to grab a picture from the Adobe stock website. And this is for our Black History Month. So that's what I'm going to type in. And there's lots of great images in here that I can choose from. I really like this one. Kind of represents what we've been doing in class. The next thing you have an option for if you click on here, is a different way of laying this out. Think of this like the COVID of a book. It's the first thing that you're going to see. And this is one option. Another option is a short cover. So it's the same type of a layout with a title and a subtitle, but it's just shorter. And then you'll immediately see some content. The other way to lay it out and still see some content and the image is in Split Layout. So Split Layout throws the image over here on the left and then allows you to create or add additional elements over here on the right. So I can add text and you can format that text in a variety of ways. I'll make that my heading and I'll add a paragraph here. So this is a quick description of our project. So this is what it looks like to have the split layout. This is the full cover and this is the short cover. So you have three different options. Once you have your image in there. Let me show you both. In all the layouts, you can adjust the image a little. And we this the focal point. So the focal point allows you to shift the image around and then you hit save. So now it's your turn. Pick an image, give yourself a title, and either choose from the COVID short Cover or Split View.
