Now that you've created a document, let's talk file management for just a second. Please go back to the Home page. So click on that icon in the upper left hand corner, and then let's go to Projects. Now obviously I've been using Exprs for a long time, so I'm going to have a lot of different files in here, and you probably believe we'll have fewer, but let's try creating a new folder for this course. So click on over on the right hand side, click on the new folder icon, and let's call it Exprs Course. And then hit create. And we're going to drag that document that we just created, our new flyer into the Exprs Course folder. When you click on the Exprs Course folder, you should see the new document that we just created inside there. And to get back out of this folder, just click on the Home button, same as icon as this. So that's how you get inside and outside of a folder. Next, let's talk about how to create this as a template. So that let's say you wanted to have your kids make flyers. They could start from this template first. Let's open it back up. So hit Edit Project, and then you can come over here to the Share button and choose make a Template. It's going to tell you about the fact that you have some license stock images in your template. Go ahead and hit Got it. And then you're going to give this a Name Club flyer. You can type in additional notes, and then if you've already set up libraries, you can choose the libraries from this drop down. Or in your case, you're probably new to this. So you'd click on the new Library button, give it a name, and then hit Save Template. Now that you've saved it as a template, let's click on the Home button and go into our libraries. And you should have a new library there. I called mine Adobe training. Here it is. So if I click on Manage, you'll see that my template is in there, and I can just create from template if I want. If you want to add additional materials or assets, you can upload Assets in format of JPEG, PNG, GIF, Photoshop, and Illustrator files here. If you want to share this template, go ahead and go back to your libraries and you can hit Invite. And there's a variety of different ways you can invite somebody. You can type in their name right here, or you can copy this link. If you want to make your entire library public, you can click on the three dots here, choose Share, and then make Public link. Once it's generated the link, you can simply copy it here and share it with others.
